Al Mafhoum Graphics provides professional printing and marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Flyers & Brochures

  • Paper Cups

  • Stickers

  • Large Format Printing

  • Signage

  • Fabric Printing

  • Backdrops & Exhibition Materials

  • Custom Print Solutions

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Orders & Approval

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing (Email/WhatsApp/Website).

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before production.

  • Once artwork is approved, Almafhoum is not responsible for design errors, spelling mistakes, or layout issues.

  • Production begins only after final approval and payment confirmation (if applicable).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before production.

  • Orders will not proceed until payment is received.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production time depends on product type and quantity.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Almafhoum is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Custom printed items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after management review.

  • Any claim regarding defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • Customers must ensure they have rights to use submitted logos, images, and designs.

  • Almafhoum is not responsible for copyright violations in customer-provided content.

  • We reserve the right to use printed work samples for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes:

  • Slight color variations may occur.

  • Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless Pantone color printing is specifically requested.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al Mafhoum Graphics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses

  • Profit losses

  • Delays beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

10. Privacy

We respect customer privacy. Personal information collected through the website will only be used for order processing and communication purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
