  • You will carefully review and approve final artwork before production.

Al Mafhoum Graphics is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, grammar, or design mistakes.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be confirmed through our website, email, or official communication channels.

  • Payment terms will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • Production begins only after final artwork approval and payment confirmation (if required).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, and design elements, are the property of Al Mafhoum Graphics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. However, we may use completed work samples for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Al Mafhoum Graphics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses or profit loss

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order.

7. Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of printing:

  • Slight color variations may occur between digital proofs and final products.

  • Minor size or cutting variations within industry tolerance are acceptable.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically requested (e.g., Pantone matching).

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Misuse of our services occurs
