At Al Mafhoum Graphics, we are committed to delivering high-quality printing services. Due to the customized nature of our products, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be provided.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Custom Printed Products

All products we provide are custom-made according to customer specifications, including:

  • Business Cards

  • Flyers & Brochures

  • Paper Cups

  • Stickers

  • Large Format Printing

  • Signage & Fabric Printing

  • Backdrops & Exhibition Materials

Because these items are personalized, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.


3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • If cancellation is requested after design work has started, design charges may apply.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once printing or production has started.


4. Refund Eligibility

A refund or reprint may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The printed item does not match the final approved artwork

  • The wrong product was delivered

Minor color variations due to screen differences or material type are not considered defects.


5. Claim Process

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or reprint:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide clear photos and order details.

  3. Return the product if requested for inspection.

Failure to report within the specified time may void eligibility.


6. Color & Quality Disclaimer

  • Slight color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed materials.

  • We do not guarantee exact color matching unless Pantone printing is specifically requested.

  • Small cutting or alignment variations within industry tolerance are not considered defects.


7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on payment provider policies.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.


8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved design errors (spelling, layout, content mistakes)

  • Low-resolution artwork submitted by the customer

  • Change of mind after production

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer


9. Management Discretion

Al Mafhoum Graphics reserves the right to review each case individually. Final decisions regarding refunds, reprints, or compensation remain at management’s discretion.
